Chef – Creative Menu Lead in a Fast-Paced Kitchen

Job Description

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an ambitious Chef to support Defence on a full time basis contracted to 36 hours per week. You will prepare and serve high-quality food, oversee menus and inventory, and drive service improvements while upholding hygiene standards.

The role requires leadership experience, a Food Hygiene certificate, and a flexible approach to shifts (5 out of 7 days). Excellent customer service and a passion for great food are essential.
