Job Description

The Macallan Estate Experience is recruiting a Chef Apprentice to train toward a SVQ in Professional Cookery (SCQF 5/6) over 24 months, with the aim of becoming a Commis Chef. You will work under a Head Chef with multi-Michelin experience, delivering the full culinary experience across the Estate.

We seek an ambitious individual who loves food, is eager to learn, and can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Training and development will be provided in all areas of kitchen operation.
