Construction Consultancy

Up to 60,000 p/a (Negotiable for the right candidate)

A well established, construction consultancy is seeking a CDM / Principal Designer to join their team. They provide CDM consultancy, project management and quantity surveying services to some high-profile clients. The successful CDM / Principal Designer will be joining an organisation who have built a reputation within the industry by employing and developing high calibre people.

ABOUT THE ROLE

About the role:

The successful CDM / Principal Designer will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to foster a clear understanding of CDM Regulations
  • Maintain precise and current health and safety records
  • Perform comprehensive risk assessments and contribute to hazard identification efforts
  • Engage with contractors, aiding their comprehension of responsibilities within CDM Regulations

REQUIREMENTS

The requirements for the CDM / Principal Designer:

  • Ideally CMIOSH qualified or aspiring to.
  • Exceptional client facing skills.
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic with an ability to engage with all stakeholders.
