A1 Jobs have the pleasure of supporting a growing business in the Port Glasgow area in a quest to find an experienced CCTV Control Room Operator.
Responsibilities
Respond to triggers , ensuring the appropriate action is taken based on the information provided.
Follow the correct escalation processes in response to incidents.
Correctly record all events in the appropriate system for audit & reporting purposes.
Ensure all incident reports are produced accurately and promptly where required.
Support engineering staff to ensure all installations & decommissions are completed successfully, with all equipment correctly configured.
Skills
A valid SIA License
Customer Care/ call handling
Experience working in a busy, operationally and or customer service focused workplace
Experience of working in the security industry or similar.
