You’ll take ownership of key administrative tasks, help manage selected product sections, and work closely with suppliers to ensure our online offer is accurate, competitive and commercially strong.This is a great opportunity to build your career in buying, merchandising or product management while contributing to a fast moving, customer focused team.What you’ll be doingProduct & Range SupportMaintain accurate product information, ensuring descriptions, images and data are up to date.Create product templates and upload new items across all websites.Review the market and competitors to identify range gaps and new opportunities.Support the Category Manager with product reviews, pricing checks and range development.Supplier & Category ManagementLiaise with suppliers to gather product information and support range building.Manage selected supplier relationships, including regular performance reviews.Analyse sales data to understand product and supplier performance and present insights.Monitor competitor pricing and promotions, making recommendations to drive growth.Cross Team CollaborationWork closely with data, marketing and customer service teams to support product launches and updates.Provide product information for marketing campaigns and digital content.Arrange samples, photography and video where needed.Investigate product quality issues raised by warehouse or customer service teams.General SupportComplete administrative tasks accurately and on time.Suggest improvements to processes and documentation.Support onboarding or training of junior team members when required.What we’re looking forExperience in buying, merchandising or product management is beneficial.Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Highly organised with excellent time management skills.Strong communication and relationship building abilities.Ambitious, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team.What we can offer youCompany pension scheme: You pay 4.5%, BiGDUG pay 4.5%Perkbox – employee benefit & rewards platform23 days holiday per year, pro-rata.1 additional day of holiday ‘my special day’Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) – confidential & compassionate supportKingsholm Rugby – tickets to games and selected matches in the BiGDUG boxLife AssuranceStaff discount – employee and friends & familyCompany bonusPrivate GP by phone or video callIf you’re ready to grow your skills, support a dynamic category team and help shape a market leading product offer, we’d love to hear from you.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Additional leaveCompany pensionEmployee discountWork from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Paisley PA1 1JS
