Casual Senior Care Leader – Residential for Older Adults

Job Description

Argyll and Bute Council is seeking a Casual Senior Social Care Worker to join our 16-bed residential care service for older adults. You will lead and support a team, help residents live independently, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

You will work with residents, families, and health professionals, contribute to medication management, risk assessment, and safeguarding, and maintain accurate records.
