Position Scope

To assist in the service of a high-quality food & beverage product to customers. Delivery amenities to guest bedrooms. To answer guests’ requests and resolve guests’ problems.

• To project a pleasant, positive and professional image at all times.
• To adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• To manage cultural needs and expectations of all guests.
• To ensure a timely delivery of all guests’ orders.
• To ensure a thorough knowledge of all products both food and beverage within your department.
• Upselling and the identification of additional revenue opportunities.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless transfer of information takes place.
• Any other reasonable task requested by your manager.

Qualification Standards

• A driving license is required.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• Ability to communicate freely in the local language.
• Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• A team player, contributing positively to team performance.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to assess and meet the needs of the guest.
• Previous, similar experience in 4 – 5 Star environment preferred.
