CasualConciergePorter

to deliver refined service, expert localknowledge and a warm, professional welcome.

The Person:

• Naturally engaging with a passion for delivering personalised luxury service
• Knowledgeable about Edinburgh and confident in making recommendations
• Professional,well presentedandguest Proactive,organisedand attentive to detail
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The Role:

• Create memorable guest experiences through tailored recommendations
• Act as a key connection between guests and hotel services
• Support arrivals, departures and guest requests with efficiency and care
• Represent the hotel’s luxury standards and brand values
• Work collaboratively with Front Office and Guest Relations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert recommendations on dining,attractionsand events
• Manage guest requests promptly and professionally
• Build rapport andanticipateguest needs, including VIPs
• Maintainup to dateknowledge of hotel offerings and local area
• Adhere to all service,safetyand confidentiality standards.
