CASS Assurance Manager – Salary circa £55,000

A bit about the job:

This role exists to protect client assets and strengthen Aviva UK Insurance, Wealth and Retirement’s (IWR) CASS control environment through high-quality assurance and oversight. In this role, you willlead risk-based assurance activity, providing insight and challenge to ensurecontrols are effective and aligned with regulatory expectations. Working across the business, youwillbuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to governance forums, helping shape decision-making at a senior level. As the CASS Assurance Manager, you willanalyseoperational processes,risk data, incidents, and breaches toidentifytrends and drive meaningful improvements. As part of a collaborative team, youwillplay a key role in embedding a strong CASS culture while developing your own technicalexpertise.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong CASS knowledge and/or knowledge ofinvestment platforms and understanding of related products or processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability toidentifycontrol weaknesses and drive improvements.
  • Strong communicationand influencing skills, with confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively.
  • A proactive, inquisitive approach with the ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.

  • Salary circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
