Caring Waking Night Support Worker – Overnight Care

Job Description

Real Life Options is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to join the Uphall Station team in West Lothian. You will support people with learning disabilities in their shared home, helping them stay independent and safe at night.

The role includes assisting with personal care and medication, conducting night checks, following care plans and recording activities. PVG check is required for this regulated role.
