Job Description

Ayreshire is seeking a motivated Team Leader in Newton Mearns, Scotland, to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role requires a driven individual with experience in care to coach and mentor team members, produce rotas, and liaise with health professionals.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of care experience, excellent communication skills, and hold or be willing to pursue SVQ Level 3 in Social Services & Healthcare. The closing date for applications is 5th June 2026.
