Care Team Leader
Forefaulds Care Home, 33-39 Blackbraes Road, East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire, G74 3JY
£15.45 per hour
44 hours per week, day and night shifts available
Your role
- Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
- Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
- Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
- Make leisure and social activities part of every day
- Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development
- Be a team player who values collaboration
- Be kind and show genuine interest in older people
- Show commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
Qualifications
- NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience in care
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Flexibility to work varying shifts
