Care Team Lead – Night Shift, Growth & Impact

Job Description

Renaissance Care Croftbank is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join the night shift, working 44 hours per week. You will supervise the care team, uphold care standards, and foster compassionate, person centred interactions that give residents daily purpose and connection.

You will take a lead on updating resident Care Plans, promote the Inclusion Charter values, induct new staff, deliver training, and support junior colleagues to deliver high quality, personalised care.
