Care Pathway MDT Coordinator

Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking an MDT Coordinator to support patients along their care pathway, coordinating with consultants, nurses and allied health professionals to streamline communication. The role requires strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach in a busy NHS environment.

Fixed term contract for 12 months, 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, base location Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
