Job Description

Templeton House Care Home in Ayr is recruiting a Team Leader to drive day-to-day care delivery, lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred support. You will work with nursing and management to uphold standards, regulatory compliance and company policies.

You will oversee care planning, medication administration, documentation and risk management, acting as a role model for best practices and staff development to sustain a high-performing service.
