Nursing Home Manager
Near Falkirk
£68,000 + Performance Bonus
We are recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established residential and dementia care home near Falkirk.

The Role
- Lead the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop a dedicated team to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and occupancy effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with Care Inspectorate requirements and Health & Safety legislation.
- Drive quality improvements through innovation, new ideas, and best practice.
About You
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Nursing or Residential Home Manager.
- Proven experience caring for older people in a Residential and Dementia setting.
- Strong budget management and financial accountability skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and Health & Safety legislation.
- A proactive leader with the ability to raise standards through innovation and continuous improvement.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and people management skills.
