Job Description

St Philip’s Care is seeking a Maintenance Operative to support day-to-day maintenance of a busy care home. Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, you will handle fabric and service upkeep, grounds care, and safety compliance to ensure a safe, efficient environment.

Key duties include supervising contractors, monitoring energy use, and maintaining records. A flexible, proactive approach and basic DIY/electrical knowledge are essential to ensure high standards and responsive service.
