As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment where residents can feel comfortable and at home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning resident bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges and communal areas
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely
- Restocking cleaning supplies when needed
- Reporting maintenance or health and safety concerns
- Working alongside care teams to support residents’ wellbeing
- Treating residents with dignity, respect and compassion
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning or domestic experience is preferred but not essential
- A positive attitude and great attention to detail
- Reliability, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- A current PVG or willingness to obtain one
What We Offer
- Competitive pay from £13.45 per hour, rising up to £16.78 per hour for weekend shifts after a 12 week qualifying period
