We are looking for a Care Governance Officer (CGO) to join our Care Governance team.
Based in the East Region the CGO will undertake a varied mix of activity including:
Support with audit activity related to all aspects of client care and where appropriate, troubleshooting and fixing problems which may lead to harm if not addressed.
Reviews of client care.
Practical assessment of carer’s practice in people’s homes.
Experience of working in care at home setting in a quality focused supervisory role is essential.
This is aHybrid position- with travel required across our services in the East of Scotland (Edinburgh, Lothians, Dundee, Perth and Aberdeenshire)
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (40 hours per week)
- Highly competitive salary- discussed at interview.

- Confident using email, spreadsheets and software’s.
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Valid UK Driving licence and daily access to your own vehicle.
- Ability ot travel to various branches across the east of scotland.
