Care Assistant

- Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Temporary
- Salary: £12.60-£13.60 per hour

Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide personalised care and emotional support to residents, helping them feel safe, respected, and valued.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and engaging social activities.
- Work closely with a dedicated team to maintain a supportive and homely environment.
- Adapt to the individual needs of residents, promoting dignity and enhancing their quality of life.
- Keep accurate care records and contribute to team discussions to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of UK experience in a similar support role.
- Experience working directly in a care home and with dementia and/or learning disabilities.
- Driving license preferred.
- SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
