We are looking for an exceptional Care Assistant to join the Newcross team in Kilmarnock and be part of a supportive and rewarding environment where your contributions truly matter.

Your Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting

Monitoring and recording vital signs

Supporting patients with mobility and safe movement

Assisting with meals and ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration

Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Working closely with nurses and healthcare professionals

Observing and reporting any changes in patient condition

Right to Work In the UK

Experience– 6+ months of paid UK care experience within the past 3 years.

Registration – If applying in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you’ll need the relevant SSSC, SCW, or NISCC registration (not required in England).

Qualities – A compassionate nature, professionalism, and teamwork skills.

Skills– Ability to support clients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
