Scottish Prison Service is seeking a dedicated individual to run the canteen service for prisoners, accurately processing and bagging each order for delivery to residential areas within strict guidelines.

You will work to tight deadlines, prioritise safety and hygiene, and maintain clear records of stock and deliveries in a secure environment, ensuring a reliable service for residents and staff.
