University of Strathclyde is seeking a Retail Team Leader within the Catering Management team to lead the Retail section. You will be a people person who can train and develop the team to achieve their potential while delivering retail catering services that exceed customer expectations.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage staff in your area, ensure outlets run smoothly, and maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for staff and customers.
