Campaigns & Experiences Lead: Six-Week Menu Launches

Job Description

Six by Nico in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to plan and deliver six-week menu campaigns across the estate. You will work with the Head of Marketing to shape the plan, schedule briefs, and ensure on-time launches across on-site channels.

You will contribute to campaign and menu concepts, support digital and CRM activities, and drive new project initiatives like bar and drink-led campaigns. You’ll be measured on on-time launches, site coverage, and CRM performance.
