Job Description

Northern Marine Manning Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced Camp Boss on behalf of our offshore client Francois Offshore Catering.

Mobilising ASAP, for a six week trip then into a 4/4 thereafter.

Experience Required

  • Relevant industry experience, including skills in a similar catering position
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge concerning food hygiene and staff management
  • An understanding of operating a catering business according to strict budgetary constraints

Essential Certification

  • Passport
  • Seafarers Discharge Book
  • Ship Cooks CoC
  • STCW Elementary First Aid
  • STCW Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting
  • STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities
  • STCW Personal Survival Techniques
  • STCW Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
  • Food Hygiene = Food Safety
  • OPITO BOSIET (with EBS) = FOET with EBS
  • OEUK Medical = OGUK Medical
