Job Description

Costa East Kilbride Lindsayfld RP, Unit D, Lindsayfield Retail Parade, East Kilbride, Strathclyde, United Kingdom, is seeking a Team Leader. This full-time role (35 hours a week) requires flexible availability to lead and develop the Lindsayfield team while delivering Costa’s coffee excellence.

You’ll train Baristas, energise and guide the team, maintain service standards, and stay adaptable to day-to-day store needs. Costa offers a 50% discount on food and drink in Costa-owned stores.
