Stafffinders’ Client is seeking an experienced Butchery Manager to lead production operations in Inverclyde. This role involves managing a team of 12+ staff while maintaining exceptional quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, a strong understanding of meat products, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A salary range of £38,000 to £40,000 per annum, along with perks such as store discounts and free parking, is offered.
