Job Description

At Scotframe, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our busy sales team covering Aberdeenshire.

The role will see you working with customers on our timber frame self-build products.

Scotframe is part of Saint-Gobain, and is regarded one of the leading timber frame kit manufacturers in the industry. Scotframe are able to work with customers to design and build your dream home, with full freedom to completely customise your own new home.

We are looking at candidates based around Inverurie but would consider further for the right candidate.

Travel is required for the role, so all candidates must have a UK driving license.

What we’re looking for:

Must have knowledge around timber frame
Someone with excellent communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical jargon to terms customers can understand
Strong focus on customer experience from start to finish
You will be proactive, and a results focussed individual

What you will be doing:

Proactively self-generate sales opportunities across our self-build customer base
Visiting customers, a lot of our customers are based in the Scottish isles
Taking briefs from customers from initial concept to final design
Providing technical support to new and existing customers
