A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a well-renowned sustainable recycling and total waste management business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing business, with a focus on winning and developing strategic accounts and relationships.
- Effectively building and managing a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Fully managing own diary, meetings and sales activity with full autonomy.
- Owning the full sales cycle, from lead gen, proposal, close, and account management.
- Managing internal and external relationships, including Suppliers.
- Ensuring retention and growth of existing business.
Experience & Skills needed:
- Proven business development experience, ideally within waste management or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive sales approach.
- Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
- Able to work from full autonomy, and manage own diary.
In return:
- Basic salary £45-50k
- Uncapped commission paid monthly- double OTE £90k
