Customer Service Adviser
Salary: Up to 25,750
Location: Edinburgh (Fully office based)

We’re looking for a quick thinking, friendly Customer Service Adviser to join our team and make every customer interaction count.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls, responding to questions, solving problems, and making sure every customer feels supported. Your goal is simple: provide clear, helpful and positive service every time.

What’s in It for You
Starting salary of 24,983, rising to 25,750 after training/probation (usually 6-9 months)
Monday-Friday working pattern, 9am-5pm – no evenings or weekends
