Bus Stations Supervisor – Customer Care & Safety Leader

Job Description

Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) is seeking a Bus Station Supervisor to lead daily operations at Buchanan Bus Station and other sites in the region. You will ensure excellent customer care, manage resources, and maintain safety standards in a dynamic environment.

We require experience in customer-facing roles, knowledge of public transport, and ability to liaise with senior staff. The role involves supervising staff and contractors, with 5/7 shifts across early and late hours.
