Chartered Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor
Location: Glasgow City Centre
We are working with a leading consultancy based in Glasgow City Centre that is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established consultancy with a strong presence in the commercial property sector, offering exposure to a varied portfolio of projects and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of commercial building surveying instructions, working with clients across the commercial property market. The role will offer a mix of professional and project-related work, with the opportunity to take ownership of instructions and develop long-term client relationships.
About You
- MRICS qualified, ideally with experience in commercial building surveying.
- Experience delivering a range of professional and project-based building surveying services.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent report-writing skills.
- Confident communicating with clients and managing instructions independently.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
