Building Services Estimator – Tender & VE Specialist

Job Description

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Estimator for building services tendering in the Edinburgh area. You will carry out detailed take-offs, prepare material enquiries, and support tender submissions with accurate cost estimates.

Working with the Estimating software (Trimble Estimation) and MS Office, you will contribute to value engineering and contract documentation while ensuring high standards of accuracy and timely delivery for clients across facilities management.
