Responsible for:

You will be responsible for the preparation, production and service of Breakfast food to the highest standard and in accordance with food hygiene HACCP regulations.

Job Description:

• Preparing and cooking of all breakfast dishes to order and ensure they conform to agreed standards prior to service.
• Maintaining the highest level of work cleanliness and hygiene throughout all duties and with compliance to HACCP regulations.
• Carrying out ordering duties as required.
• Dealing with the intake of deliveries.
