Frasers Hospitality, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin in Glasgow is seeking a Breakfast Chef for One Devonshire Gardens. The role mainly runs Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as business needs dictate.

The successful candidate will prepare continental breakfast and cook from the A la Carte breakfast menu in a 1 AA Rosette kitchen. You should be an experienced Chef De Partie, capable of delivering high-quality breakfast dishes and maintaining service standards in a busy, period property.
