Branch Leader: Drive Sales, Ops & People Growth

Job Description

LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a large team and drive performance across sales, operations and customer service at our Falkirk branch. You will set priorities, monitor KPIs and ensure a safe, compliant environment.

You will coach people, manage recruitment and performance, and collaborate with field teams to maximise customer opportunities. Expect an average 46-hour week, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with alternate Saturdays.
