Brake Press Operator – Temp to Perm (13 Weeks)

Pay Rate: 14.50 per hour
About the Role:
First achieve engineering are recruiting on behalf of our client in Coatbridge for an
experienced Brake Press Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term
position with a well-established company. After a 13-week temporary period, the successful
candidate will be offered a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating brake press machinery safely and efficiently
Setting, adjusting, and maintaining equipment
Working from technical drawings and specifications
Ensuring accuracy and quality of finished components
Following health & safety guidelines at all times
General workshop duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience operating a brake press (essential)
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Good understanding of health & safety procedures
Hours & Pay:
14.50 per hour 39hour week standard
Temp to perm after 13 weeks
Overtime available paid at 1.5X
Day shift role (Early Finish Fridays)
