Brain Injury Outreach Nurse – Community Rehab & Advocacy

Job Description

NHS Fife is seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join the Acquired Brain Injury Outreach Nursing Team (ABION). The role focuses on adults with acquired brain injury, providing specialist assessment, care planning and compassionate, person-centred care.

The post holder will deliver care across community settings, including patients’ homes and clinics, and will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote rehabilitation and wellbeing. Travel between homes is required.
