Biscuit Production Operator – Hands-On Bakery Technician

Reed Talent Solutions in Edinburgh is seeking a Process Operator to join our production team. This hands-on role covers the full biscuit making process, from mixing and moulding through to baking and finishing, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

You will set up and operate equipment such as rotary moulders, ovens and enrobers, monitor recipes, adjust settings, maintain control sheets, and keep a clean, safe work environment. This is a permanent, on site, full time position.
