Bilingual Travel Support Agent – Spanish/English

Job Description

is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Spanish Speaking) in Edinburgh to handle hotel bookings and flight queries across phone, chat, and email. You will communicate with customers in both Spanish and English, resolve issues end-to-end, and contribute to team KPIs.

This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week role with hybrid working options. You’ll bring bilingual communication skills and prior customer service experience to a fast-paced environment, helping travellers worldwide
