Bikeability Instructor & School Cycling Coach

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking an Instructor (Cycling Officer) on a fixed-term contract to deliver cycling sessions across City Wide, working with targeted primary and special schools to help children learn Bikeability and ride confidently.

You will upskill and mentor school staff, ensure health and safety, and adapt activities to children of all abilities. The role requires enthusiasm, a recognised cycle delivery qualification, strong organisation, and flexibility.
