Bereavement Support Specialist – Child & Family

Job Description

St Andrew’s Hospice in Airdrie is seeking a Part-time Child & Family Practitioner (Band 6) to provide emotional, practical and therapeutic support to children and young people experiencing grief following a family loss.

You will assess needs, deliver age-appropriate bereavement support, and work with families and professionals to ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based care within the inpatient unit. The post requires a recognised social care qualification and experience with children.
