What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering a variety of treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
• Managing salon bookings through the computerised booking system to maximise revenue and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assisting guests both face-to-face and over the telephone with enquiries and appointments.
• Providing treatments in line with Seamill Hydro Hotel and ISHGA standards, ensuring a safe, relaxing, and indulgent guest experience.
• Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming salon environment at all times.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with guests.
• Supporting the wider salon and leisure team where required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience within a salon or spa environment, ideally within a 4-star hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of ISHGA products and treatments is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for guest care.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• HND qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
