Sephora UK is seeking a Department Manager to lead a team of Beauty Advisors and elevate the in-store experience. You’ll coach, train, and develop staff across service, selling and artistry, while delivering strong commercial results in a fast-paced beauty environment.

In this role you’ll drive performance, oversee stock and cash operations, support stockroom and visual merchandising, and ensure brand standards reflect Sephora’s bold, inclusive spirit. Evening, weekend work will be required.
