Bar Team Member Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa Part Time

We’re looking for enthusiastic Bar Team Members to join the team at Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa. You’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and supporting the day-to-day operation of our bars and food service areas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks.
  • Delivering friendly and attentive customer service to ensure an excellent guest experience.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the bar area.
  • Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with stock control and reporting any stock shortages.
  • Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations are followed.
  • Working closely with the restaurant, kitchen, and wider hotel team to support seamless service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be 18 or over due to licensing regulations.
  • Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues across the hotel.
