Signature Pub Group Ltd. seeks a Bar Manager / General Manager for Understory in Edinburgh. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and own drinks development in a relaunch driven concept that aims to be a destination cocktail bar.

You will work with senior leadership to establish Understory as a must-visit Edinburgh venue, blending hospitality with world-class standards and creative presentation, while guiding a high-performing team.
