Banqueting Manager: Lead Events & Guest Experience

Job Description

The Scotsman Group in Scotland is seeking a Banqueting Manager to oversee daily operations of conference and banqueting areas and to ensure guests receive prompt, attentive service at all times.

The ideal candidate will hold a food safety certificate and Personal Licence, with experience as Master of Ceremonies and in a similar role, plus strong leadership, communication, and commercial awareness. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.
