Position
Bank Hotel Services Operative – Lady Margaret Hospital, Millport
Hours
Bank – As and when required. From 1 April 2026, the working week for NHS Agenda for Change staff in Scotland will be reduced. Full time hours will reduce from 37 to 36 hours (pro rata for part time staff) without loss of earnings.
What you will do
Working within our Infrastructure and Support Services Department you will undertake a variety of housekeeping and cleaning duties along with meal and beverage service. Portering duties include driving and some gardens and grounds maintenance. Full training will be provided.
Qualifications
The ability to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team and good communication skills are essential. You should be physically fit, understand the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare environment and be flexible in regard to areas worked within Lady Margaret Hospital.
