We are excited to invite applications for an enthusiastic and motivated Health Care Support Worker to join our Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) & Vaccination team on a Bank basis.

Based in Lochgilphead hospital, the post holder will play a key role in delivering high quality care in line with the new GP contract terms. You will become an integral part of the extended Primary Care Team, working collaboratively with GP Practices, Community Nursing colleagues, and a range of Allied Health Professionals to provide excellent, person centred care to our community.

This role is ideal for someone who brings strong time management skills, adaptability, and a genuine passion for holistic patient care. Experience in basic wound care, phlebotomy, ear irrigation, patient observations, and ECGs is desirable; full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Applicants must demonstrate the skills, values, and commitment required to deliver outstanding care within a community setting. You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive, multi professional team.

UK Driving Licence/Car Access is essential to this role.

Interviews will be conducted in person at Mid Argyll Community Hospital and Integrated Care Centre.
