Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated, highly specialist occupational therapist with a wide range of clinical experience to join our occupational therapy team within Cameron Hospital, Windygates. You will be responsible for clinically leading the inpatient rehabilitation team. The wards offer a diverse range of specialties including frailty, orthopaedics, vascular and long term complex conditions.

Key Responsibilities

You will be proficient in standardised assessment and evidence informed interventions, and you will have quality improvement skills, including evidence of audit and service development. You will have demonstrated team leadership in previous roles; you will have a good track record of developing staff and students.

Excellent team working is essential. You must be able to demonstrate a broad range of postgraduate experience and sufficient knowledge and skills to manage a complex caseload. You may be required to work across Fife, therefore the ability to travel is essential.
